“We were a multigenerational family party of 14 from New York, London and environs The chateau was enchanting with a wonderful atmosphere of tranquillity and elegance but with the charm of being very homely.
The pool was a great success with both adults and children alike and the al fresco dining under the vines a delight. The children were spoilt for choice with the various garden activities on offer and we were all thrilled by the outing to Puy du Fou.
We hired a local chef one night for a celebratory dinner that was truly amazing and highly recommended, as too is the local restaurant in the village. All the time we were in the gentle and kind hands of the discrete caretaker, Lillemor, who made the visit so thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing.
This is a unique property in a beautiful part of France that we would very highly recommend to discerning families. 5 stars.”
