Getting to the Château

The Château is conveniently located in the heart of the Loire and easily accessible whether you’re traveling from inside France or internationally.

By Road
The Château is 40 minutes from the nearby town of Angers and around a three and a half hour trip from Paris.

By Air
The nearest airport is in Nantes, 50 minutes away by road. There are direct flights from Paris, London, Geneva, Nice, and Montreal, and car rental is available.

By Train
There is a TGV station in Angers and the trip from Paris takes around 90 minutes.

Our Village and Surrounds

Vezins is home to around 1,200 people and offers amenities like a café, boulangerie, pharmacy, hairdresser and church. The front gate of the Château is right on the village square, making it easily accessible whenever you need to go into town.

  • Horse-riding in the nearby village of Mela
